Prism 2 Installation Instructions
To obtain the latest version of the Prism 2 Software, click on the provided "Software Install Page" link above. This will redirect you to the AAON Controls Tech Support page. Once on the Tech Support page, navigate to the section specifically designated for Prism 2 Software. Look for and select the link labeled "Prism 2 Software Install File" to initiate the download of the most recent software version.
Prior to downloading the Software, please open and read the Installation Instructions file. This will not only explain how to download and install the file, but it will also prevent you from downloading the wrong or unnecessary files.
AAON provides installation and configuration support. Support for all telephone service is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Central Time.
