Error 1: Authentication Failed at Login
If you encounter an "Authentication Failed" message during login, it indicates an issue with your username or password. Please ensure the following:
- Username and Password:
- Double-check that both your username and password are entered correctly.
- If the issue persists, consider resetting your password or contact our support team for assistance.
Error 2: Documents Not Generating (Documents Viewer)
If you're facing issues with document generation, various factors may be contributing to the problem. For a prompt resolution, please reach out to our support team at marketing@aaon.com. Include a detailed description of the issue in your email, and our team will investigate and provide assistance.
Error 3: “Invalid DSO” or “Rep Code Does Not Match” (Documents Viewer)
If you receive an "Invalid DSO" or “Rep code Does Not Match”, take the following steps:
- Ensure the correct DSO is entered.
- Confirm that you have the right to access the job associated with the rep code
- Make sure “In My Territory” is selected for Type
