A2L Mitigation Controller

The A2L Mitigation Controller is part of the Refrigerant Detection system and is designed to detect A2L refrigerant leaks in the airstream and/or cabinet.
The A2L Mitigation Controller has three sensor inputs, one binary input and four relays.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Features

    The A2L Mitigation Controller monitors sensors located in critical locations within the equipment for A2L gases including:

    • Air stream sensing for coil leaks.
    • Cabinet sensing for cabinet leaks.
    • Gas Heat cabinet sensing if gas heat is selected.
    Each mitigation board can monitor up to three A2L sensors connected to its dedicated sensor connections.
    Each mitigation board provides 4 separate relay outputs with designated target functional connections. One relay is specifically designated for field use.
