Every year, AAON takes pride in recognizing the outstanding efforts of our sales representatives who consistently deliver excellent service to our customers. The AAON Sales Awards shine a spotlight on these remarkable individuals and firms and honor the performance and expertise that set them apart in the industry. 

To demonstrate our commitment to our reps and showcase how much we value their teams, we embarked on a journey across the country with a professional film crew. Together, we created videos about each award-winning firm, celebrating their unique successes and contributions to the HVAC industry.

Texas AirSystems achieved top overall sales and market share with their rich culture of mentoring, training, and empowering their team members. Their "hire to retire" philosophy has created a sales force with deep product knowledge and strong customer connections, continuing a legacy of top sales performance.

Founded in 1985, BCS has grown from a small building controls company to a multi-faceted organization offering comprehensive HVAC solutions. Their strong commitment to long-term customer relationships led to the highest sales per capita, showcasing their ability to maximize results with a lean, entrepreneurial team.

• 2nd: Texas AirSystems - Austin, TX
• 3rd: Windy City Representatives - Oak Brook, IL

 Award: Top National Account Shipments

• 1st: Johnson Barrow, Inc. - Seattle, WA
• 2nd: Texas AirSystems - DFW, TX
• 3rd: Northeast Oklahoma Sales

Since the 1960s, Johnson Barrow has been a “one-stop-shop,” offering end-to-end solutions for their customers’ needs. By establishing this approach with their local network, they had the support in place to establish a broader market presence and chase down national accounts with their flexible, unified product and service.
